Shipping policy

DELIVERY IN SINGAPORE

For orders placed before 12pm on working days, we aim to prepare your orders within the same day for the courier to pick up the next business day. 

For orders placed after 12pm on working days, we aim to prepare your orders by 12pm on the next working day. Depending on the courier's availability, your order may be picked up only on the working day after. 

We reserve the right to select the appropriate delivery method for Free Shipping.

For urgent orders, do inform us in your order.

DELIVERY TO THE REST OF THE WORLD

We aim to prepare and ship your orders via your selected couriers within the next business day. Please allow between 15-20 days for your order to arrive. If more than 20 days have passed please email us at hello@babybrands.asia to review the status of your order.
